As per our current norms, there is No Refund Policy as such.
However, Clients may request a refund before completion of assignment or rendering of our services. Refunds will not be issued once service(s) is completed or has been delivered or consulting services have been fully rendered.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sumit@encoreconsultants.co.in.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and clients will be notified of the decision within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 72 working hours.
All disputes are subject to Delhi (New Delhi, India) Jurisdiction Only
